01 — AHAVA SKINCARE
Rebranding skincare company Ahava around its roots to the Dead Sea by connecting the transcendental feeling of floating in the saline-rich sea and the ultimate goal of skincare, to reach an ageless and external state. The new branding is designed to urge customers into a deeper, more connected mindset.
02 — LABORATORY FITNESS
Commissioned to build the complete Laboratory Fitness brand, including website, identity, and social. Throughout the fitness world, gradients are used to illustrate test results and data (BMI indexes, DEXA scans, etc). Being a science-driven gym, gradients anchor the identity and represents movement, progress, and quantifiable fitness.
03 — FOLKLORE FUROSHIKI
Tasked with designing reusable packaging, I created 3 furoshiki (traditional Japanese wrapping cloth for clothes, gifts, or other goods) centered around the Japanese tale of Yuriwaka. This twisted story is about vengeance, loss, and heroism, depicted through the equally twisted illustrations.
04 — ANIMA TYPEFACE
A custom typeface developed around Carl Jung’s “Map of the Psyche.” Much like Jung’s philosophy, this exercise was focused on letting go of my persona and embracing what I felt was right. I created two weights, one showing the characters before self-discovery (Anima Undiscovered) and the other showing after (Anima Discovered).
05 — HOTEL HORN
Branding a hotel in Ísafjörður around Iceland’s ability to reshape its lifestyle to outside culture yet maintain its traditions. The modular visuals are constantly in flux and allows guests to pick up on useful Icelandic during their stay. Like the country, the new identity is flexible yet strong.
06— MOTION REEL
Various motion graphics I've made for work and for play.
07 — POSTERS + GRAPHICS ANTHOLOGY
Various posters + graphics I've made for work and for play (including my farewell post when I handed away my podcast, Just Getting Started )
